Health Week: A Commitment to Well-Being and Productivity

We believe true productivity starts with well-being. That’s why, during Health Week 2025, held at our offices in Bogotá (Colombia) and San José (Costa Rica), we took the time to remind ourselves of the importance of caring for both mind and body as the foundation for a healthy, efficient, and human workplace.

Talks on Emotional and Mental Well-Being

Throughout the week, we hosted several talks focused on psychological and emotional support, covering key topics such as:

  • Anxiety, Stress, and Depression: tools to recognize and manage emotions in a healthy way.
  • Burnout Prevention: strategies to maintain a balance between work and personal life.
  • Inclusion and Diversity: strengthening an organizational culture based on empathy, respect, and equality.

These spaces for open dialogue were an opportunity to reinforce the importance of mental health at work and reaffirm our commitment to the overall well-being of our team members.

Participation in the District Emergency Drill

Our Bogotá office joined the District Emergency Drill on October 22, an activity that allowed us to put safety protocols into practice for situations such as earthquakes, fires, or other emergencies. We also carried out a refresher session on workplace safety, reinforcing our commitment to risk prevention and occupational safety.

Spaces for Relaxation and Self-Care

Well-being also comes from relaxation and enjoyment. During Health Week, we enjoyed a variety of activities designed to reduce stress and strengthen team connection, such as:

  • A Laughter Yoga session, a joyful experience that encouraged connection and positivity.
  • A Vision screening session with the visit of Óptica Colombiana.
  • Self-care moments, including massages, facial treatments, and a soothing hand spa.

Each of these activities reminded us that taking care of ourselves is also a way to take care of our work and our team.

A Commitment That Continues

Health Week at LinkAmerica reaffirms our purpose of building a healthy, safe, and human workplace, where our most valuable resource — our people — feel supported, cared for, and protected.

We will continue promoting initiatives that strengthen our culture of well-being and occupational health, because we know that a healthy team is an unstoppable team.
