As 2025 comes to a close, our teams in Costa Rica and Colombia came together last week to celebrate an extraordinary year marked by growth, collaboration, and shared success. These end-of-year meetings were not only a moment to reflect on what we achieved, but also a space to reconnect, recharge, and look ahead with excitement and confidence.
A highlight of both gatherings was the visit of our CEO, Andrés Ruzo, who joined the teams in person. His presence made these moments even more meaningful, as he shared heartfelt words of appreciation for the commitment, resilience, and dedication demonstrated by everyone throughout the year. Costa Rica: Music, Food, and Celebration at LinkAm
The Costa Rica team gathered at the LinkAm premises, transforming the office into a vibrant space filled with music, great conversations, and delicious food. It was a joyful and relaxed environment where teammates could celebrate their accomplishments together, strengthen bonds, and enjoy a well-deserved moment of recognition after a year of hard work.
Laughter, shared stories, and a festive atmosphere set the tone for a celebration that truly reflected the spirit, energy, and closeness of the team.
Colombia: Tradition and Energy at Chichería Demente
In Colombia, the team met at Chichería Demente, a renovated restaurant that beautifully rescues the traditional style of Bogotá’s old chicherías. Historically known for serving chicha, a traditional beverage made from corn, this unique venue now hosts cultural events, blending history with modern energy.
The Bogotá gathering was especially meaningful, as the EyS team also joined the celebration, reinforcing the message shared by Andrés: we are one. One team, one organization, one spirit. The evening was filled with great vibes, meaningful conversations, and a strong sense of pride in everything we have accomplished together. It was the perfect setting to honor the past year and recharge energies for what lies ahead.
