At LinkAmerica, we believe that strong partnerships are built through alignment, shared experiences, and a common vision for the future. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting Chris Ricca, Senior Vice President of Spectrotel, at our Costa Rica offices, a visit that combined strategic collaboration with meaningful moments of connection.
Driving Strategy: From Good to Better to Best
The visit began with a high-impact leadership meeting that brought together key members of both organizations. Representing LinkAmerica were Chris Peña, Armando Salazar (General Manager), John Breen (CMO), and Andrés Ruzo (CEO).
The focus of the discussion was clear: how to continue evolving in a rapidly changing market shaped by technological advancements and shifting customer expectations. Together, we explored ways to move from good to better to best, aligning our strategies to deliver greater value and innovation.
A central theme of the conversation was our commitment to people. At LinkAmerica, we are dedicated to elevating our associates, creating opportunities for professional growth and empowering our teams to better support Spectrotel’s customer base. This shared vision reinforces the strength of our partnership and sets the tone for continued success.
Building Relationships Beyond the Boardroom
While strategy is essential, so is connection. The visit also included time outside the office, including a round of golf, an opportunity to strengthen relationships in a more relaxed setting. These moments help foster trust, collaboration, and a deeper understanding between our teams.
We also highlighted the people behind the partnership. Team Lead Kevin Fernandez had the opportunity to connect directly with Chris Ricca, showcasing the talent and leadership within the LinkAmerica team.
Celebrating Culture and Shared Experiences
A visit to Costa Rica would not be complete without experiencing its vibrant culture. Chris Ricca and his wife Sue, along with Cathy and John Breen, enjoyed a traditional Costa Rican dance performance, an experience that brought everyone together and highlighted the richness of the local culture that surrounds our operations.
Giving Back: A Commitment to Community
Beyond business, this visit also reflected a shared commitment to making a positive impact. John and Cathy Breen have sponsored three children at a local school in Costa Rica, an institution founded by Andrés Ruzo and partners. This initiative is a powerful example of how our leadership extends beyond the workplace and into the communities we serve.
Looking Ahead
Chris Ricca’s visit was more than a business trip, it was a reaffirmation of our partnership with Spectrotel and our shared dedication to growth, innovation, and impact.
As we continue to navigate an evolving industry, we remain focused on what matters most: strengthening our teams, delivering exceptional value to our clients, and building a future that reflects our collective ambition.
We look forward to what’s next, together.
