While International Women’s Day is celebrated globally on March 8th, at LinkAmerica we believe that one day is simply not enough to recognize the incredible impact women have across our organization. That’s why this year we decided to dedicate the entire month of March to celebrating, appreciating, and highlighting the women who help shape our teams, culture, and success every single day.
Across our offices and teams, women at LinkAmerica bring talent, resilience, leadership, creativity, and heart to everything they do. They strengthen our work, inspire our teams, and help us build meaningful relationships with colleagues and partners alike.
As part of this special month, our teams in Colombia and Costa Rica came together to create something simple but meaningful: a video message from the men on our teams, expressing gratitude, appreciation, and admiration for the women who contribute so much to our organization.
But we didn’t want the message to stay only in the video. So, we also created a dedicated space in our office, where team members could leave notes, messages, and best wishes. It became a place of reflection and celebration, a reminder of the importance of recognizing the people who make our workplace stronger every day.
This initiative reflects something deeper about who we are as LinkAmericans.
